Arcade Rally Gets Off to a Great Start! The First Official Rounds Are Behind Us
On August 1 and 2, the Arcade Rally platform officially launched! We have opened two tracks — Arcade One and Arcade Two — and we held our first test runs and competitions with players. There were thrilling races, challenging obstacles, spectacular crashes, changeable weather, and great competition!
August 1 — Launch on Arcade One
We began our first official test runs on August 1 on a high-speed track Arcade One. Right from the start, the weather decided to play a trick on us—at 10:00 a.m., we set off in the pouring rain and during a storm!
But that's exactly what it's all about Real World Gaming. Here, everything happens in real life, which is why changing weather conditions also become part of the gameplay. The wet track required players to be more cautious and to have even better control over their cars.
There was no shortage of crashes, skids, and spectacular rollovers. Toward the end of the race series, however, the weather began to cooperate—the rain let up, the sun came out, and track conditions became ideal for fast and thrilling racing.
August 2 — Arcade Two premiere
A day later, we launched Arcade Two, which is a track designed for crawlers. On the first day, we held two sessions in Free Ride and one round Marker Hunting.
We started with Free Ride so that players could get familiar with the course, the cars, and the obstacles along the way. It quickly became clear that Arcade Two doesn’t forgive mistakes! The traverses and the bridge really gave the participants a run for their money. There were plenty of rollovers, spins, and tricky situations where players had to get their cars unstuck.
Next came the first official round Marker Hunting. During the 20-minute session, the players searched for QR codes hidden along the track and tried to scan as many of them as possible using a camera mounted in the car.
The player turned out to be the best tpazderski, who achieved an outstanding result—he found as many as 31 markers out of a possible 36! This result has set the bar really high for the next participants.
To wrap things up, there was one more Free Ride session, during which players could once again enjoy free-roaming gameplay and explore new sections of the track.
Two live broadcasts during each match
During our first test drives of the Arcade Two, we came up with the idea of launching an additional live stream on TikTok in addition to the YouTube streams from the cars.
The TikTok livestream shows the track from the perspective of the race marshal, who assists participants in real time and helps right cars after they roll over. This allows players to see themselves and their runs from an outside perspective as well.
This type of live broadcast also gives us the opportunity to comment on the participants' actions in real time, which adds even more excitement to the competition and allows viewers to follow the action more closely.
The idea worked out great, so we're making it a permanent feature. From now on, you'll be able to watch our games from two perspectives at the same time:
- YouTube Live — footage directly from cameras mounted in cars,
- TikTok Live — a view of the entire track from the staff's perspective, with live commentary.
We play every day—book your ride!
The first weekend of the Arcade Rally was full of excitement and showed us that actually driving a remote-controlled car online is a whole new experience.
From now on, the games will take place every day. Keep an eye out for upcoming sessions and reserve your spots in advance to ensure you can participate in the game.
Can you beat the record? 31 markers found? Or maybe you'll turn out to be the fastest driver on Arcade One?
Choose a track, reserve a car, and start a real race online!
